Its better way to invest in Stock Market. Recently we have seen in emerging market like India or China Financial Disaster many people bursted. But some people are very smart, they know where they have to enter and exit. Just like me. I'm making profit since 2002, when I.T sectors were down. Then I invested in Real Sector Stocks (I bought L&T @700 averagely and sold after 5 years that on Jan08 @ 3900) Today Indian market is suffering in BAD PATCH also in peering economies. Now the question is.... Is it safe to invest in stock market???
I wrote before -This is RIGHT TIME to invest.
I'll Suggest you some good counters where you can invest your money.
1. NTPC...India is goin to sign Nuclear Deal
2. Renuka Sugar...The biggest Sugar Refinary
3. RPL....The Biggest Oil Refinary, Will start production very soon
4. Unitech.... 52 Thosand Crores of Land Bank
NMDC, Rolta, Titagarh Wagon. Bartronics etc
You invest in these counters for Long Term and see how your wealth grows like TREE...

All The Best!!!

either share market or reral estate you should think of long term...that is you need to stay invested for a longer period for more than 3 yearr. as fara as share markets are concerned there is a lot of volatility in the recent days and hence advise you that you can opt for a systematic investment in Mutual funds(fixed amnt every month) as mutual funds again invest in shares only..but will be managed by a fund manager.

Hi,
I'm a financial planner from chennai... i'm not sure what is your financial background or your requirements in the forthcoming years and so i'm not in a position to offer you an advice.

But in general i'm telling you DO NOT INVEST the money you need in the near future in share market. Unless otherwise if you hav the appetite for risk you can go ahead and play as you wish... invest in the companies which are reliable and hav the potentials to grow.

Mail me in case of any detailed advice is required. investguru99 AT gmail.com

Regards,
Vijay

Stock market if you are looking at a long term prospective. Real estate is not exciting but, safe investment. Stock market now is cheap with a lot of cheap good stocks available.

~if u hve Q i hve d prfect Ans~
Heello...first of all its really great to knw tht evn though u r doing well in life in a foreign country yet are interested in investing in your own country...firstly i would like to advise that as for the value of plots given by you seem a bit too less...so firstly i sugesst that before selling the plots make sure what the current market price is from diffrnt means..like local estate agents..property websites...etc...and now coming back to your question...supposing you sell your plots for a total of 50 lakhs...hence i sugesst that you should re invest the money in real estate sector..and if possible then buy in faridabad only as that is a budding residential area and it would give nice returns over the years..in my view you should buy 2 or 3 bedroom flats...and the avg price in faridabad would be around 15-20 lakhs..so what you should do is buy 2 flats...and that would cost you around 40 lakhs..and with the rest of your money you can buy few stocks..but make sure you choose the stocks wisely...and of good comapnies with nice track records only...and a part of your money can also be invested in mutual funds, bonds, and also postoffice schemes..and as you have a nice per month savings i advise that you should invest that money every month...lastly let me make it clear that i am not a real estate agent nor a broker nor a investment advisor like my friend who gave you adivse...hence i have no hidden or vested intrests in the advise that i have given you..i am pursuing mphil commerce with special intrest in stock markets hence that is why i can advise on financial matters..if in future you need advise keep posting them here so tht i cn earn sum points :-)...you can also get in touch with me by email it is nishantbahal at yahoo dot com...hope i was able to answer your question correctly..

stock market are very unsafe. go for real estate only

Rahul D
I think real estate future is not so good looking according to me. But yes, if I talk about share market its not good too, but this the best time to buy shares and keep it for long term. Even Mutual Funds are good options to go with.

I would suggest and strongly recommend you to appoint one consultant, who can work on your behalf here in India. I think they are called as "Portfolio Mangers", not sure.

Diversification of investments is always the best method. You can think of other investment options like Gold, Bank FD, Post office savings scheme also. Equity market is right now unstable so invest less amount in it. Real estate may encounter a slow down due to rise in interest rates. However for long term equity and real estate investments also would help.
