Pinksheets, where this stock is sold from, states there is no financial information available about the company. This is never a good sign. |

Why would you buy it?
only because it's cheap doesn't mean anything. There are cheaper companies out there. buy based on fundamentals, never based on price. |

Why are you mucking about with penny stocks? They are only for the foolish, for gamblers, or for spammers and scammers.
The fact that shares cost $0.27 doesn't mean that the stock is underpriced, it could just as easily be overpriced. You're still investing $270 and that money could have been used on something more promising. |

U.S. based pink sheet stocks do not have any reporting requirements to the SEC so if you are buying the company you better know what you are getting into.
I am not going to quibble about the price because there are very low priced stocks out there that are decent to own but they typically are located on international exchanges. |

You should never go by price, first find how the companies shares and profits have been panning out in years, then by month. This way you could see weather you are wasting your money or not.
I can't remember we done it, but I think we just went on the financial times. |

Research, research, research! If it's your first time I would suggest you check out various stock funds which fit your needs and invest in one of them as a starter. |

Only if you are willing to take the loss usually within months from your purchase. If a stock is selling for $.27, then it is basically worthless. If not, wouldn't big institutions have already bid it up? |

Sure why not? You are not going to be loosing any moeny if it goes south, but if it turns north you could make a decent profit off of it. I would not really get my hopes up as very few holdings that are not listed above 1.00 usually go very high. If you are new to stocks which it sounds like you are it might be good to try out on a few shares that wont bankrupt you if they fail |
