Did you buy high?
Buying high, and selling low, is never a way to make money.
I have to tell you that this downturn is more than likely temporary.
The government (Fed Reserve) has been printing money (nearly $1.5 TRILLION this year) and we have no foreign country that is willing to fund our insanity any more.
So, our dollar is going to tank, the world's economy is tanking and gold will go back up.
And, if you hold it long enough, gold always goes back up. It may take a decade, but it will.
Unless the world as we know it ceases to exist, but I wouldn't worry, the Chinese still like gold.
