In light of the recent conservatorship by the government, how worthless would the stock be? It says Fannies price is $7.04, while for Freddie it says $5.10. How low is the share price going to go?

This is so sad that people are backing out of the market, we need to increase spending and build back commerce in our country otherwise it only becomes worse. Fear is what exacerbated the historical Depression Era! If you pull out, then reinvest in another, buy low-sell high, long term investments are always the most stable investment. If you are going to gamble on a put/call then you might as well go to Vegas.
Would appreciate if someone could give me their opinion on HOW this Foreclosure Disaster got started? Who's responsible?? My link is below, Thanks! |

The stocks are worthless but will trade for under $1.00 for some times, but will trend lower eventually.

That's a very common question. IT will only go down if people sell the stock. So the question is why would people sell? Well, in the past few weeks the stock went up alot. Now that the government jumped in the company is more stable. In my opinion the government now has a future. Especially with the new funds by the government. Alot of people scare u and others to sell so the can buy the stock at a lower price. Stay strong and don't believe the hype. |

NO sit on it for about 6 months. The Feds are going to bail them out, and as in all Fed bailouts, after about 6 months it will go up. My guess it will drop to around $1.00. I will be buying Monday afternoon, or when it hits $1.00. Don't listen to these people that say sell, They are the half empty glass type. They give up with just a little bad news. |
