Trick question. ( I meant 'hard question' there's a "Trix" cereal box next to me...i wasnt paying attention lol)
1) I definitely to not like stock because it is practically gambling my money. I mean what if a recession occurs and people buy stocks for less and more people become worried and selll stock and then....world economy problems. I get too worried lol :)
2)Real estate is very tricky because people are picky on buying houses. Many of the houses are going to be hard to sell. Also sometimes house prices go down and up and wot not.
3) Business is better because you would have to worry less about losing money and wot not. In business you just get money but of course you have to sell a good worthy product that people will buy. |

Stocks and Options because of the liquidity and the potential to make money in a good or bad market. With real estate its extremely hard to make any money on the way down. With a business there is many macro and micro economic things that can make it fail very easily in the early stages. |

I don't have a favorite...in fact I avoid all of them as well as bankers and lawyers. I distrust any venue that gains off the loss and heartbreak of others. They are all crooks relying on the weakness of others for their own instant gratification. |

stocks are the only thing iv'e participated in because it is the easiest for those with less capital but you have to deal with market risks and this is a patient investment if you don't have a lot of capital.
I know a lot of people that swear by real estate and if you have the capital, credit and time this is probably the quickest way to make a buck by building equity or flipping houses.
As far as bussiness this will take a lot of capital and I know many entrepenuers who are owned by their bussiness 70-80hrs a week for this kind of time payout better be substantial. There are a few lucky ones who can afford to have good managers |
