The two best are:

Morningstar and, though it can be costly, The Motley Fool. Check them out.

On the rocks
Website
You can find a website that offers portfolios that have "play" money that follows the market that also allows you to learn.

Investopedia.com is a good site.
Morningstar.com gets more techical but
also offers the same thing and you can upgrade
to pay for service if desired.

Books
Morningstar also recommends a lot of reading material.

Go to the address below or type in "books" in the search topic line of Morningstar's site and you will find an impressive list of material.

http://www.moneycontrol.com It's the best site to learn about investments. There are a lot of tools available there to make you aware of your risk taking capabilities, suggestions for investments, tools to track your investments.

The best feature of this site is that you can create a virtual portfolio. You can test how well you are informed about investments live by making virtual transaction.

Check out the "portfolio" section on home page. IT'S FREE!!

FYI, this site is supported by CNBC, one of the best business news channel!
