Contact your local Attorney Generals Office. They should be able to assist you in what you need to do. Good luck and God bless

You pretty much won't get it back. You can make a complate with the following agencies and try. Understand that the likelihood of recouping your money is about 2 - 3%. Sorry. Happened to me once too. Pump and dump... how they live with themselves I'll never know. I thought I was getting into a quality company. Anyway, try:

http://www.sec.gov/divisions/enforce/claims.htm - lists current companies where the SEC is trying to get money back for investors and provides a link to an online complaint form

You can also go to the state in which the company is incorporated and go the site of the Attorney General for the state. There will be information on Investor Fraud. You can try and contact them to see if you can make a complaint. Here is Deleware's as a lot of companies are incorporated there.

http://www.state.de.us/attgen/fraud/fraud.shtml

Beyond that, there's not a lot you can do.

I hope this has helped you.

Take Care,

TBG

You can report them to the authorities, but basically your money is almost certainly long gone. Sorry.

In future, go to a big, established broker or watch out for alerts like those below:

Don't understand the question, sorry, but maybe try Citizens Advice Bureau?? (If you are in the UK)

You can file a complaint with the SEC, if you think there was a violation of securities laws.
http://www.sec.gov/complaint.shtml

Also, contact your state's securities regulator.

Good luck resolving it.
