First I would make sure my mom was fabulously taken care of for the rest of her life. Then I would pay my debts. Set up a trust fund for my sons and nephew. Take care of all my husband's issues. Find a good attorney and CPA to handle the funds, investing, and set up non-profit charities, gifts, scholarships, (with me being the only person who can sign checks...period). I would like to invest in planned residential developments, shopping centers, and office complexes. I would like to set up some sort of program which would bring more funds in to match my donations in order to rehabilitate, house, clothe and find work for the homeless. That is a really big deal to me because I was homeless once (no one really cares if you live or die on the streets). My church would get a nice amount to continue the wonderful work they do in addition to expanding the "community meal" from one Saturday per month to at least every Saturday. I'd put all my stuff in storage and catch the first flight to Praha and stay for months! Upon my return, I would purchase a moderate home (nothing fancy). If I had 10 million dollars, I would give it up to different kinds of research programs who are the closest in finding cures in mental, as well as physical illnesses. I would also donate to families who are unable to afford healthcare. |

Every time a person asks a question like that i list a whole bunch of things. And truthfully i could care less about it because i know it isn't going to happen to me. So what's the point of talking about it. I'd probably buy a lot of stuff how's that for an answer. |

First thing I would do after getting lawyers and such would have my parents house remodeled from bottom to roof for them and get them whatever they want and need. Of course because they took care of me and 3 others all our lives and then would help family members and then would get what I want out of life that I could never do before.:) |

Well - they say that if you want to make 1 million dollars, the best way is to start with 10 million dollars and start an airline!

i think i'd hire and train a team of special ops and go around the world and kill every terrorist and extremist. stop in the middle east and clean house... go to africa and clean house...hit up every part of the world then keep doing that...the money i have other than that i'd go around the world and sit in the bays and watch the explosions and hear the gunfighting while i lay out and drink a tropical drink with an umbrella in it |

The proceeds of the investment would be split up between various charities and family members. Then I would become a full time "student" performing research in various scientific fields in order to better humanity.
Some on here say they would never work again. They should talk to someone who is retired.
