I avoid these ideas of stocks entirely. 99% of the information posted about them is patentedly false. There are actual boiler rooms people...and these groups sit there, pump out false information in order to get people to bite, and then go the other direction on the investment. Its a fool's errand but many people just want to take it anyways...so be it.
When it comes to actual stocks, don't touch anything less than 550 Million. Then, use a stock filter to see who has a high short percent (or short ratio of 3 or higher), an operating margin of higher than 10% and are about to report earnings soon. Then, look into the fundamentals. Since they are small caps stocks, usually their stock prices will be small, so be careful they are considered penny stocks by your brokerage. |

This is a stock that I have recommended to all of my clients over the past month. It isn't that high-risk, but it IS on the RISE.
They are in the utilities sector. They build and research into power grids, solar power and other technology.

Try any of the ultra-longs or ultra-shorts. :)
Usually these are ETFs, try looking at Proshares or Ishares websites for their funds. Extremely high volatility, but always big movements.
I returned 25% on SKF and 20% on FXP in the last 6 weeks alone. Good luck!
