Google, although their stock tuck a downturn, it will go back up and this just makes it a better value to purchase, the last trading price was $381.56 per share. Yes, it looks expensive but many financial experts consider it to be a good value. But don't buy it if it goes over $500, buy it below and watch it go up. I won't lie, you may loose money in the short run but in the long run it will go up, up, up.

buy the VTI's which is an ETF invested in the Total Stock Market. Individual stock picking is not a game for new investors. if you are asking the question here i am assuming you to be a new investor.
if you want to take a buy and hold approach, buy a little each month, then you should buy it as a mutual fund.. Vanguard Total Stock market fund. |
