I'm extremely disappointed that public officials have been receiving money from Fannie and Freddie, and that Obama has received more than all but one other politician. I'm extremely disappointed that Barney Frank and Nancy Pelosi have supported a subprime strategy for years, but to date, no one is holding them accountable for doing so. I can only hope that responsible Americans will wake up and vote them out on election day, otherwise we will continue to deserve what we get. A predominantly Democratic Congress and Senate would put us in a tailspin long term from which we may never recover to our former glory. Their approval rate is currently 9%, the lowest in U.S. history, and that is for a reason. They are rudderless and self-serving. |
