if you mean out of 100, then 103.536. to find the percent of something, you write the percent as a decimal 0.02125 and multiply it by what you want to find the percent of.
example- 2.125% of 100
0.02125(100) = 2.125
with this formula, you can find 2.125% of any given number and calculate for yourself which is bigger.
