What is the best investment to beat inflation?

May Derrek
Hello,

I also had a similair problem as you have.
I had a good amount of money, and wanted it to grow.
So I looked around on the internet to find something that is:
1) giving me great returns towards a relatively small risk

2) Professional people who know what they where doing with my money.

I'm glad to say I finally found a moneymanager who is capable of giving me good returns and give me a great support.
On this blog you can follow up all the results that he is making:
http://my-robottrader.blogspot.com/

My money is working for me, in three months time I already have a ROI of 82%.
So you don't hear me complaining!
Annyway if you would like to get in touch with my moneymanager to have some more information feel free to contact me you can send an email to me at derrekmay at gmail.com.
Then I'll give you the email adress of my moneymanager

Hope this has helped you!

Gold has already had its run. It might continue but its a big gamble. I agree with buying a house. Prices are low right now. That's the best time to buy. Housing prices have always kept up with inflation. you also get the benefit of having a place to live w/o paying rent and you get a tax right off.

Buy a house at a good location and if you can do the job on it by yourself.

Gold and houses have been historically pretty bad investments barely keeping pace with inflation, plus one needs to stay ahead of taxes too. Stocks are the best investment beating all investments through good times and bad for the long haul.

The only reason im answering this question in my own time is because of the really stupid answers i just read. No its not land stupid (sorry for being rude just angers me)or oil its not gold either or stocks well maybe some stocks but its silver for many many many reason. How do you purchase silver well you dont buy silver stock but the best way is to purchase it in minted bars you take the **** home or but it in a bank safe if you live in australia phone the THE PERTH MINT (the are plenty of other places current price is about 19 oz) located in western australia but even now theres such little silver you may have to wait for up to 2 months

the best right now is gold
in my opinion

Question Everything
At a time when you think inflation is going to be very high while economic growth is slow gold and silver would probably be the best bet. This is what we are seeing now.

If you think inflation will be high, but the economy is strong and growing you might do much better with stocks.

If you are adverse to risk you might like inflation adjusted government bonds just to try to keep pace with inflation for a long term stable investment.

PotashCorp : It has an "almost" monopolistic excess supply capacity of one of the three essential elements for plant growth : Potassium. With the ethanol mandate, growing world population, growing middle class in China, India, Brazil , Russia and Middle East, increasing crop production will become more and more important for a very long time. With little new arable land, the best way to increase crop yield is to use correct fertilizer application. I think you will do very well investing in PotashCorp's stocks. It just had a little pull back in the last few days and it is offering a good entry point. Please do your own due dilligence, but I hope I give you a little useful information here.
By the way, I am not trying to promote the stock here, I just want to share with you what I believe in. Please let me know where the flaws of my reasoning of the bull case here.
