Very hard question, But here are two:

Real estate over the long run will be your best investment hands down. Even if you invest in land, which can be cheaper at 1st then develop it later over time.

Build a home based business on a topic or niche that you love. Working with a business that you enjoy doing will help with the long hours that it takes to run a business, there is no investment, like an investment in yourself.

Last one is the fast growing and the largest investment market on the web Forex. This deals in world currency and is live 24 hours and you can start to invest with a small amount and build from there.

good luck Auggie

I would say real estate. My rentman is getting soooo damn rich off of everyone that he rents to and he also buys and sells houses. This man is rolling in the money.

Be smart - don't go for the biggest return - go for long term continuous growth: "Early to bed, early to rise, DIVERSIFY, DIVERSIFY, DIVERSIFY". A "balanced" portfolio usually provides the best result in the long run. HOWEVER... if you really want to invest in something, keep track of technology, and ONLY invest in what you understand. I think biodiesel is going to be big, and I also think that solar cells are going to be big in about 3 years, but sometimes a card shuffling machine can be a good investment. Do your homework, then proceed with caution - good luck! And don't forget about taxes - they can affect the oveall result, big time.

ethanol, which is what will, in just a few short years, be the fuel for cars, gas is already 10% ethanol, and fossil fuel is running out real fast, so invest in ethanol asap, ethanol stocks are cheap NOW, but just wait and watch your money grow.

To combine good returns and time is the most important, because if you have a large return tomorrow, but will never have any returns after that, what will you win. Let your personal situation be evaluated and let yourself made a personal financial plan. You can ask for a free planning at www.quarantz.com They also have different kind of investment possibilities to offer with good (guaranteed) returns.

If your employer offers a 401K plan and matches your contribution, go for it!!! That's free money and tax deferred until you are 59-1/2 years old. Try to contribute at least 10% of your income. If you cannot live on 90% of your income you need to reevaluate your lifestyle because your future will be here before you know it. People retire into their sixties but live into their eighties and nineties so that's a long time to go without an income. Start TODAY!!!
