Well there are so many options you have. To be fairly honest, stay away from the fixed rate bonds and savings accounts, they yield such a weak interest rate that is down right flattened by inflation rate.
So with that said it is probably more wise to invest in stocks and shares. Now you got to be careful because investing in stock isn't easy and is risky. Then again you could go for a less risky investment option, theres loads of companies that will help you invest your money the right way, too. |

Buy gold....or hide it under your mattress. Or you can buy Treasury bills. The government will NEVER run out of money, cause they print it. And with the debt uncle sam is racking up, they are going in debt more and more each day. T-bills is buying the governments debt and it the ONLY thing that will not lose value. If I had a lot of money that I did not need for the next 6month to a year, that is what I would do. If I am a tax payer, and I have to carry the burden for the governments over spending. Might as well make some money out of it. After all it is the " American " thing to do. |

The best way to ensure the value of your money is too invest into Gold, or some rare precious mineral or metal like platinum. Also property, seeings how the population isn't going to drop anytime soon. Any other investment is subject to the condition of the market and the economy.
The value of a dollar bill is also subject to economy and the peoples trust in it. So your cash's value is also subject to the market. |
