If you aren't in debt or have any liabilities (meaning 0% remaining on loans and credit cards). Then I do recommend investing in maybe a money market account or government bonds. There are some savings account that do offer some decent yields. Remember the important thing about investing is that you do not have any liabilities, where as credit interest rates always higher than your investment returns. Rule of thumb APR usually higher than APY and that's when you'll lose money. Unless you know a thing or two about stocks and work for Berkshire Hathaway then I would stay away at the moment. |

Just how small? If you've got $500 you can buy a CD for investment. You could open a regular savings account if it's less. |

I am looking for investors if you are interested But it has to sit in the
bank for at least six MONTHS to see it moving and get some $$$ back in return but I guarantee you of a handsome return and It will never stop for your next generations to come ( GLOBAL PRODUCT ),they call it liquid money, but have to get it ROLLING ,you can monitor the movement yourself from the BANK..
sound promising enough ? OH well.......
but you should INVEST your $$$$ to GROW in any ways you want to do it.............GOOD LUCK |

Small is relative, if you have no debt, and "small amount" is not enough to start any business, i suggest you put it on a fixed deposit account where the interest is credited on your account monthly, save part of the interest and consume the balance (preffarably 40%) of the interest, you will then have "enough amount" after some time. |

What's small amount? that can be from 500 dollars to 25,000.
CD's arent that great unless you have alot to put into it, try looking into a savings account - for example Charles Schwab is offering like 2.5% last time I checked - even ING Direct is a good option.
Stocks now would be good to invest since the market is low. |
