future of indian economy depends basically on agriculture and manufacturing. the volatility in the indian stock market is enough to show how greatly our market depends on international factors and also that the present scenario is a bit hyped one.
with the development of service sector our dependance on international market increses further. there are attempts to make india a 'knowledge economy'. we have to understand that that is just providing our services to the world and in such case any downtrend in world economy will directly and badly affect us.
india is an agrarian country and we can ultimately flourish by improving our agricultural and manufacturing sector.
present situation is that our service sector is increasing drastically and in such case economy is really going to be bullish but the question comes on stbility. this way we may boom our economy for near visible time but its futute prospectives are not too stable. |

You have asked anquestion for which u may not get the right answer.But looking towards the present development in the country it definately says there an nice change.The indian economy indirectly related to the share market coz when the rbi or any board of india implements any law or change it effects the entire market.Its the stock market where the money bounses like anything and which in return pays tothe govt of india in the form of tax .Which is utilised in the economic growth. |

Indian economy is still in good shape. Recent earnings reports have confirmed this fact.
The inflation levels are a higher. Govt. and RBI is trying very hard to contorl this. Now with the onset of monsoons and good agricultural produce, inflation is supposed to come down. |
