I think it's in the Crown jewels - they're kept in the Tower of London. They belong to the Queen of England and the Commonwealth. Coloured diamonds are worth more than white diamonds. A guy in America is "making" white diamonds - by growing them - they are crystals. He wants small diamonds for use as semiconductors. A guy in Russia tried to make diamonds but they came out coloured - so more valuable. But he didn't have the money to develop the process. He sold it to an American - the last I heard he was making coloured diamonds. His company was called aptly Gemesis and that name was put on the diamonds with a laser. He can still only make them in small quantities - but was hoping to sell diamonds for $5,000 that would normally cost £250,000 if they were "natural". Try Googling the Crown jewels. I think the diamond may be called the Star of India? Gemesis may be worth typing in to Google or Yahoo too!

The BASEBALL diamond.....some cost millions to build and there are thousands of them around the world. AND when they are used, people get memories that can last a lifetime;-)
