Do a wire transfer. You're going to need the ABA number (Bank Routing number) the account number and the Bank SWIFT code (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications Code). The person or organization you will be transfering the funds to needs to provide you with that information. Also, ask the person for the name of the bank, address and telephone number of the bank.
When you get the information, just go to your bank and tell them you'll want to do a wire transfer. They'll take all the pertinent information and do the transfer for you (for a fee of course).
