Sink it into a well diversified mutual fund mix, that have as low of fees as possible.
Given average market returns, the average investment doubles in value every 8 years. So it would take somewhere around 30-32 years to turn this into $1,000,000 if you do get the average return for the period.

You should try investing in stock and forex on line. They give good earning of 5% to 50%. You can register at greatearning.com or online forex trading.

That depends on what you invest and how long you invest them. Unfortunately, it's hard to know that since you haven't mentioned about the type of investments you want to invest your money in. For me, I go with the stock market.
