It's hard to say. Most people would say that it's Berkshire Hathaway Class A (BRKA), which is currently pushing $90,000/share. But that doesn't take into consideration privately held corporations. Since you didn't specify publicly held corporations, I'm sure there are other privately held stocks out there that are worth far more than BRKA.
