[Nothing in this commentary is meant to solicit nor develop a practitioner-client relationship.]
You do not mention your age, your health, your objectives, nor even your tolerance for risk.
No credible adviser, who is licensed, will risk going to jail by offering specific advice. Some of the comments, above, are worth considering. But AVOID banks! You may go broke safely. (Nobody can find a single time in history when a CD was able to pay more than the inflation rate.)
Open the oldest phone book you can find. Turn to INVESTMENTS. Find a credentialed person with a last name that is alphabetically after your last name - since this procedure keeps Mr. Allen from getting all the calls. CLU, ChFC, CFP are all fair game. Call that person. If the number is disconnected, his advice is not worth listening to.
Get advice from someone who can walk you through the investment maze.

This is time who wants to enter for long position for target 3453/3678, Keep Stop loss as a 2,876 around for Future nifty. Nifty is on downtrend but above target is very low risky.
This strategy respect to strong support of nifty future is at 3050 around.
Option Trading

Well it really depends on your objectives and the timeframes involved. If it is to achive stable returns (both in terms of dividends as well as through capital growth), then you can't go wrong using a value investing approach, One of the key proponents of this approach would be Warren Buffet. Use fundamental analysis for this.
If on the other hand the aim is to maximise returns in the shortest period of time, then go for leveraged products such as options and warrants. You would then use technical analysis to determine the movement of shares on a short term basis, and leverage your returns using the options and warrants. You will be amazed at how much money you can make (or lose!) under this scenario,

xl capital. ticker xl. my research shows desent dividend (7.68% at 9.80 a share) and with a 76 dollar 52 week high there is little room for down since no down grades but just victom to broad base market sell off. Your lucky you have so much. I only have 5k and I'm putting it all where my mouth is looking for 25k easily in the next 6 months. I like fro with 36% dividend but only down 50% showing less up side. Don't forget dollar cost averaging!!!!!!!!!!!! gambate desu ne. |

For the long term...you can't go wrong with real-estate or gold. They say this about the stock market too, but I think you're better off with what I mentioned. |
