Do you mean a realized loss or a unrealized loss?
Its not worth tracking. As my portfolio grows, so does the likelihood that I will have another record breaking loss or gain...just like the DOW and NASDAQ |

It depends on what you mean. The most that I've ever lost in one day is probably about 10k. I have had weeks where I have lost maybe 20k. I have only rarely had an entire month where I lost money, but only fractionally. I have never had two losing months in a row, and I have never had an entire year where I even came close to losing money. |
