The Sensex as of today has gone down by 400 points and next week again as the budget is gonna be out, so there are corrections expected in the market.
So surely the Sensex is gonna drop but i dont think its gonna drop till 12000,it may go at about 13000 or a bit below that say 12800,But surely it wont drip upto 12000. |

Markets gave up almost their entire gains in the final hour
of trade yesterday. A strong bout of profit booking pushed the indices to lower
levels. Sensex has gained by 20 points at 10244 after hitting the 10300 mark and
NSE Nifty is up by 12 points at 3062. Buying was seen in sectors like Steel, Tech,
FMCG, Power and Capital goods stocks. ONGC, Bajaj Auto, HLL, REL, Satyam
Computer, Hero Honda and REL were the major gainers among the 30 Sensex
scrips. Other frontline stocks like Ranbaxy, Bhel, ICICI Bank and Maruti Udyog
weakened in late trading.
Visa Steel is a Kolkata based Steel maker. Visa Steel is going for Brownfield expansion of four units, which will come
onstream one by one, the first one would be ferro chrome plant for 50,000 tonnes which is expected to be commissioned in
September 2006. Then a 25 MW of Waste Heat Recovery Power that will be from the coke oven and blast furnace waste heat
which will done by March 2007. By September 2007, it will commission 300,000 tonnes of DRI (Direct Reduced Iron) along
with 25 mega watts of waste heat power and finally by December 2007 will complete half a million tonnes stainless steel and
special steel plant. |

If the inflation slows down in the coming weeks,if crude oil comes down and if there are no surprises either positive or negative in the union budget, then the markets particularly the large caps will recover and we may certainly go past 14500 level. |

According to me the Sensex would have a volatile time becuse the budget is near and hence instead of increasing there are chances of decreasing to 12000. |
