If you are looking short-term, I would auggest using something like a CD, money market or savings account.
If you are looking long-term, I would suggest making use of a DRIP plan. |

Concerns over the US economy favor investment in precious metals, especially gold. At presennt, there are a number of small cap companies that have confirmed significant resources but are at very low per share prices. One such company that I have shares in is Cassidy Gold Corporation listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. A descriptive history can be read at my Blog, edzedblog.com. The promoters of the company have been extremely diligent in engaging in exploration on Guinea, West Africa. However they have almost totally ignored promoting the share price, leaving the company share price very low. The saving grace is that more than 60% of the shares are held by Canadian Instituions (two of the mst agressive and successful ones in Canada, Sprott Precious Metals and DFundee Precioys Metals) Look for gains over the next year. |

I had the same problem as you have.
I had a good amount of money, but didn't knew where to invest it.
So I looked around for something that gave me a great return towards a low risk.

Gold and oil. Oil because it is scare while its demand is higher and higher. Gold because of the US currency is failing while the demand of oil is growing. |
