Invest in yourself. Find something you love with which you can make a living and go into business. I have a chance to start a production company and I need $25,000 to do it. I know that I would make that back in a few months as I have a guaranteed market if I can get the starting capital. I have been trained in the process and it is something I enjoy doing. Look for something like that.
If you don't want to start your own business look for investments. There are a lot of really great deals in real estate right now. Be careful to get something you can buy for a song and sell for a symphony. |

It depends on your age, long term goals, short term need for cash, tolerance for risk, marital status, own a home or rent, what you owe on CCards etc..........
It is not an easy question to answer. |

Play the stock market. Jk, just leave it in a high interest savings, money market or cd. You may need it sooner than you think. |

Alot of it will depend on your age and how soon you'd need to get that money back. |

Dont laugh, even though its not the best time. But probably half into shares and the rest into high interest bank account. its the best time to buy shares at the moment as they are cheap. Dont buy property just yet. |

Save 80% and the rest, try stocks.
But savings is best, because it guarantees that it will stay, rather than being spent... |

Right now it would be in CD's (Certificate of Deposits) which are guaranteed by the FDIC. There are some accounts from Lake City Bank that offer a higher percentage, but there are some other restrictions. Good luck! |

Unless you are a very skilled trader dont put the money in the stock market or a money market. Right now you would be best to tuck it under your bed. If you buy a durable good (i.e. boat, car) then it will depreciate, thus making you loose money. If you want to take a small risk invest it in gold. It is still going up in this market.
(Disclaimer: I will not be help personally responsible if you loose money based on my suggestions.) |

The Bank is probably not that good since interest rates would barely even keep up with inflation.
I would say conservative mutual fund or safe bonds.
or investing with stops to minimize your risk. |

Put it in a savings account and let it build because the stock market is like way off right now. |

Money markets have out performed all others, period. Take a look at every billion dollar investor and you'll see that they all started in money markets. |

right now the economy is down fall and there is no room for investing in anything since it's unexpectedly bad. But houses have to go up soon one day so I would say buy a house. you can get bargain deals since all houses are going into foreclosure...but before you do make a research online and google "will the exonomy get better" "top 5 thingd to invest in during these times" or whatever..you will get actual data and predicted information on charts that are facts not opinions. that will help you figure out where your monry is worth investing in.. |

The stock market is always a good place. It is better to have it growing then to have it sitting away losing value. This site will teach you the basics about the stock market.
