I would rebuild the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Gulfport, Mississippi, and then I would retire there.
I am in the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Washington, D.C. because the one in Gulfport was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina.
That would take care of the first half billion dollars. Will have to think about the rest, but at my age I have no need for much money, so it would be donated to worthwhile causes.
