40,000,000? I'd get out of debt, buy a house, invest, give some to my family and friends and charity, QUIT MY JOB, take a vacation! pay off my mom and dad's mortgage

OMG!!
First i would pay off everything i own to people!
then i would start to mould my dream life, like, new mansion, new car .e.t.c
With some money spare i'll give some of it to friends and family, then i'll put it in a bank.
ONE THING FOR SURE IS THAT I WILL NOT SPEND ALL OF IT I ONE GO!!

Save in a bank that can give me the best fixed deposit rates. That's the best and safest investment, giving me at least 1 to 3 million to spend on every year. ;)
