You asked this in the investing section, so I will assume you mean what would be the best investment, not the best way to frivilously spend it. So, I'd say you could use part to buy a lawn mower, and part to advertise a grass cutting service. Or the same could go for a mobile car washing business. Or you could just use it to advertise a dog walking business.
You could also use it to buy a nice piece of art of a budding artist. Or buy some seeds and plant some high value vegetables. One idea mentioned, though illegal would probably be the best use of the money, if you care to risk your freedom.
Rare coins are probably a good use of money. They tend to just go up in price, but I don't know much about that business.
If you had a brokerage account, you could buy stock in some penny stock like TMEN, and hope it goes from one dollar a share up to 30 dollars a share like a friend of mine thinks it will do fairly soon. |

research some airfares/warm places to go...and maybe you can get a good deal online for something far in advance.

I'd give it to my wife I have everything I want and no debts And its not enough to worry about.
It may be enough to start some business but. besides equipment you need working capital.
Its not really enough to invest. Transaction costs would probably eat up a good percentage to start with. There are a few no load mutual funds with a $500 minimum and resonable fees. |

If I had any outstanding credit debt, I'd pay it toward that. If not, I'd put it in the bank. Possibly open an investment account & do a little trading. The market is down. It's a good time to make investments. |
