Your question is a good one. I don't think that most answers will be good ones, however. Most investments that turn out to be good ones were just lucky.
For example, I decided to buy a house in 1999. I took money out of the stock market to invest in the house, just before the stock market crashed! Then, the housing market took off -- who would have guessed that? |
