Whats the best way to gain interest as fast as possible?
either sharebuilder, roth ira or a good bank that gives high interest. by the way if you know any good savings accounts that offer high interest that i can put money in over the net please let me know. Im thinking three years to make some decent cash and then withdrawal and start over. security of my money is a major concern.

Invest in business. I have invested just $5,000. Now I am getting 2% interest every month ($100) @ APY 24%.

robert KS LEE.
i suggest u to invest all ur money in unit trust funds(mutual fund) that w'd give u higher interest within 2-3 yrs.trust me.

Trillionaire Wannabe
I would diversify in some excellent stocks or invest in one super-hot start up company that has real substance and earth-shattering potential. Both come with risks, but if you are the type who can understand the true potential of companies, that would be the way to go. Yes, a CD or the like is always the safest. With the fastest gains also typically come the highest risk.

There may be start-up companies that would sell corporate bonds, basically an official loan from you, with a specified interest rate and maturation date. I could imagine some companies offering a good rate on these. These are considered "securities", like shares of stock. You may have to approach them about the offer though. SEC regulations have small companies scared to death to talk about their security offerings to non-accredited investors (basically non-millionaires).

Money Expert
I have invested in my friend's business. Now I am getting 30% annual interest.
Forget about CD's, stocks, FOREX, etc. Better invest in small business. You can contact me for a good advice.
I wish you success!

Well, if its only interest you want, then I would suggest an HSBC account, ING Direct, or Amtrust. They all give higher yields than the national average.

The only really "high security" are bank CDs or money market funds. Beyond that, you're talking mutual funds - you might want to look at a conservative asset allocation mutual fund like the T. Rowe Price Personal Strategy Income Fund (PRSIX).
