I have a lot of favorite dividend paying stocks. I like Kimco Realty (Ticker: KIM) which I bought less than a year ago at $38. It pays a $.36/share dividend.

Others to look at include: DRE, FPL, WRI and ABM.

Proctor & Gamble has raised their dividend every year for the past 50 years. They sell enough products, in just about every country in the world to insure another 50 years of dividends.

Look for companies with strong free cash flow. Those companies usually have a progressive dividend..meaning they raise it every year or so. See GE or MO
