When financial crisis will end?

In my earlier reply, I had clearly mentioned, that this is just a beginning. Expect more fireworks. More to come.
Many small timers have evaporated and some medium sized operators have vanished in thin air and some disappeared and the bigger ones have come out.

How can you hold breath and fill the stomach. These sub-prime lending is a dangerous game. Though, Indians are averse and has not practiced it. But, in the west, it is a normal practice. Faster the Development, Sooner the Destruction.

It will take at least 6 months for the fireworks to coo down and the after effects of this quake and another 12 to 24 months to settle down.

Real development begins later.

when u forget about stock markets, when u hate stock markets, when u dont think once in a month about it

Narach I
The financial crisis facing the world would take its due course to unfold. However, during this unfolding process the stock markets would go through stages of both percentage up moves and down moves.

For instance, the present oversold condition of the stock market and the recent actions taken and expected to be taken by the governments and regulators would result in the stock markets to move up in the near term.

However, given the situation of most investors holding stock positions at higher purchase price levels; there is an expectation that there would be a selling pressure at higher levels as these investors either book marginal profits or sell their positions at a reduced loss.

You may consider keep in perspective that the stock market down move or bear market has been in progress since January 2008; and most stocks are priced at levels below their intrinsic value.

Sincerely,

Akash

Unbiased.co.uk Find an IFA
A combination of the US bail out plan and the UK Government’s moves over the last couple of days to inject cash into the system suggest that we are near the end. We can only hope that there is no more bad news. In terms of recession, we are only just starting and the bad news here has only just started. Expect to see unemployment continue to rise, house prices to fall and repossessions to increase. At the same time we would expect to see interest rates fall as Government’s try to stimulate the economy, inflation to fall as the oil price continues to fall and people tighten their belts. Falling interest rates is bad news for savers but good news for mortgage payers. Expect to see the market start to rally before the economy comes out of recession.

The Sh*t
Who knows for sure. Likely the worst of it will be over within the next year or so. We'll see effects of it over the next 5 or so years and probably after about 7years we'll start to build back up and have the potential to have a strong economy again. But that's just an educated guess, no one can tell for sure.
