I work for a bank so usually when deposits are made before a certain time on a friday then funds are available right away...but after that time and all day Saturdays they are posted to your accounted Monday
Here's a little tip though, I'm not sure if it works with EVERY bank...if you've deposited past that certain time on friday you can request to the teller to update your account right after the deposit so that the funds are available in a few minutes if you need to use your checks or cards and can't wait for monday |

generally when funds are to be deposited...say on a friday payday...the funds should be available in most banks at midnight on that day. In my case, the bank did not clear funds until around noon that day, but in any event, direct deposit is available the day they deposit it |

Ask your employer. Most employers in this situation would do a direct deposit on Friday prior; a few stingy ones would wait until the Monday after. |

we pay on friday....direct deposit is in by monday at the latest, since I mail it on thursday....If you mail it, I'd say 3 business days tops. |

From my experience, funds are deposited the night before the actual pay date, around 1 or 2 am.... Depending on your bank, the funds are usually available that next day... even if it falls on a weekend. If you can get online to check your bank account, that will be a big help. It will show you if the money is available or not. |
