Here's a sample of a Will for California. it also has a listing of Wills by state. Be sure you get it witnessed and notarized, otherwise it may not be valid. Also, check the laws of your state. |

Walmart actually sells outlines of a handwritten will. It is quite simple and they are pretty cheap |

Why? You can get will forms cheap and Staples, Barnes & Noble, Borders and any legal stationery store. Mind you, if you have a complicated situation, you should have it drawn up by a lawyer. And if your situation is not complicated (to your spouse and/or children), you probably don't need one. |

You can go to any office supply store (like Office Max) and they will have forms for various legal documents including Last Will and Testaments. That will give you a basic idea or even the public library will have books on how to write up a will. Good luck! |

Canada has something called the Canadian Legal Will Kit - and it has the forms for P/A, Living Will and Last Will. I don't know where you live - but go through Google search engine. |

A completely hand-wrtten will is called a "holographic will". The below website will tell you about them.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holographic_will
Here are website with examples of a wills.

Also note that "holographic wills" can be hard to probate and only about 25 states (USA) have procedures to process them smoothly.

you would write it yourself, or go to a lawyer and have one drawn up, then go to the courthouse and get it notorized so it' s legal |
