Which Mutual Fund would you recommend for stocks not to aggressive?

I recommend a portfolio Web site like FolioFN where you can look at hundreds of funds and even take one and add your own stocks to it. I usually seek high tech stocks, but I am biased on that since I co-own a high tech firm. Well established high tech firms, like Google, will work well long term. They might be overpriced now, but if you're in for the long term, cost dollar average your investments and you will do well over time. Invest the same amount every month, no matter what the financial environment looks like. Or, even invest more when stocks are low.

An index fund is very not aggressive. You'll gain (or lose) almost exactly what the market overall gains or loses. Just make sure you pick one with low fees.

Utility or large cap stock funds are probably also not very aggressive, because the prices of those companies tends to not move as much as smaller growth companies.

You can also go for a bond fund. That's very not aggressive, but you'll probably wind up sacrificing returns.

go see if you can read a few issues of Hulberts financial digest.
Fundx usually ranks high.
but you need to understand how each specific fund works before you buy it, or you can loose big.
you also need to stay on top of it.

and scottrade worked well for me.
large selection, no commissions.

you want to be careful of individual stocks, although that's where you can make (or lose) the most.
after the bust, cisco said to investors, "what were you guys thinking? with that p/e ratio, it would have taken us 100 years to pay you a reasonable dividend."

I recommend an S & P 500 fund by any quality fund family..or you can purchase the ETF (exchange traded funds) spyders (SPY). These funds all are invested in the 500 great companies that make up the Standard and Poor 500. The funds will have low fees and relatively few transactions and great diversification. This is a great early investment and core holding for most United States investors. Good luck!
