I think ICICIdirect provides the best service among those three you mentioned.

well I have heard people complain ICICI direct does not work when the markets are hot and you want to sell. Reliance Money as of now on expansion binge and is reported slow. HDFC is not 5 star but livable . Why not try other brokerages like Geojit , ShareKhan. India Bull is also not too cool as java gives problems. Brokerage is not that big a deal but one shall be investor and Not trader !! So if delivery based investing then almost any one is ok . only 1 out of 100 Trader really makes it rich : Investor rarely looses money . Investor means any person who has patience of keeping stocks from 6months to eternity. Warren Buffet used to say that Stock market makes the patient player rich. Use any one but Big nbanks give a clean slip. |

I do not have any account in the depositories mentioned by you. But I authentically heard from Reliance money staff that their service is not upto the standard.
From brokerage point of view it is cheaper but lot of other problems. Because of less brokerage one who trade daily for him Reliance money is better but for investor Angel Brooking is best in all respect. It is my experience. |

I would suggest ICICI Direct is the best, for the reason, their online system is very reliable. As per my knowledge, whether is trading or banking, ICICI Customer service is the best.
The poorest customer service is HDFC. Also they have a un-reliable system.
Reliance, I don't think they provide content rich site. |

Number of De-mate accounts can be opened on individual's name. Try everywhere till you get satisfaction. |
