It is hard to determine either due to the fact that it is incredibly hard to determine eveything a man like Bill Gates owns, but he bounces back and forth as the richest. The porest can be people struggling in India living on nothing a day and no place to beg. |

Each year Forbes Magazine comes out with a special "billionaires" issue. It came out a few months ago (try looking at your library). As you can guess it lists all the billionaires of the world. The poorest I would judge those who live in poverty and/or those who live in warring countries. Sudan, Damfur, or many other African nations fit this profile. Don't forget Iraq. People there must live in constant fear. I can think of no worse way to live. |
