You would have to think in billionaires instead of millionaires. The 100th richest person in the world off the most recent list is Donald Newhouse and is worth 7.7 billion. Bill Gates is still the richest at 56 billion.
If you just include people from the United States, there is a 5 way tie for 98th spot between Maurice Greenberg, Barbara Johnson, Richard Kinder, Haim Saban, and Dennis Washington (all are worth 2.8 billion)
