Why do a lot of investors seem like greedy pigs who don't want to have to work for money?
They seem to just want to use someone else's idea?

Investors work to earn their money.

They do research. They make sure they aren't losing money by investing in the wrong investment at the wrong time.

Because they paid someone to teach them and/or they made mistakes, they know what to do and how to do it, They take calculated risks.

They may not physically work to earn money such as factory workers, cooks, sanitation workers. truck drivers, etc., but they KNOW HOW to work with their minds.

Many, many times they lose their money.

Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoyed answering it!

They have already worked for the money -- now it's time for the money to work for them!

The only reason to invest in the first place is to make money. Why criticize them for wanting to have their money work for them?

Boon Q
Did you say investors don`t how to work? Are you nuts?
I have spent countless hours each day doing research on a single company if I have an interest on to invest. Did you know that? Money don`t grow from a tree my friend. You need money to make more money. No pain no gain.

Most of them are just following the herd for a probable gain, but many are greedy.

Not necessarily, we would all like to be able to do minimum work for maximum profit, and investors are no different.

They just have the knack and nous to be able to achieve it.

But really, the average person could do this if they wanted to, you don't need to be filthy rich to begin with. You can make a lot of money in a very short time if you know how and don't mind taking a few risks.

So i don't think i would refer to them as "greedy" pigs, but they do go after what they want and once they "get the ball rolling" they can sit back and enjoy it.
But they're always working even though it may not seem like it.

Because they ARE greedy pigs?

Handsome is as handsome does
Perhaps it's because everybody would like to be free from having to work and just play all the time. Live like kings or queens in luxury and not worry about anything.

Disco_Lem0naid
it's because they dont have to work for their money.
