The bailout is not a legal question. The Supreme Court only makes decisions on court cases that involve the constitution of the united states - which has nothing to do with the bailout.

It must be challenged in court, then make it all the way up to the Supreme Court before they can provide a ruling on it. Its possible that it might happen, but highly unlikely. Also, the soonest it would occur is probably sometime next year as the court system isn't exactly that fast. |
