Why indian market always dance with american market?

All the markets are inter-connected. Corporations are multi-national. Businesses in the USA out-source their labor to India, so if an American business does well, it means more jobs for Indians. More jobs means more spending by Indian workers, which means that Indian businesses sell more goods, stock prices go up, etc.

US is the major market
All market depends on US
People have psychology that Indian market follows the us market
Day traders try to exploit the information
In fact we are early in day.
But follow last day of Us and not present... That is silly!

It is all a spider web of speculation. In a free market economy, if one tugs on a part of that web, it bounces the other parts of that web and weakens the web. If one sews a new strand in that web, it strengthens that web. Large speculators control the market and even control the bets up and down that they make money off from.

If the connection appears to have unplugged we will see that one then, does not affect the other and we will realize that goverments are participating and or large capital controlling sources that want control of the world markets.

foriegn investors have a major part of total investments in indian market because of thier strong currency. That's what we are seeing when the dollar rate goes down the sensex bull also falls in trench. When the indian investors are more active then this dancing will be decreased.. It will take some more time to stop this dancing.

I wanna elaborate ths with an example -
Group A belongs to a large Automobile company & Group B belongs to small manufacturing units which supplies spare parts to Group A .

If Group A performs badly then its impact would be on Group B.
If group A stop selling vechicles then it wont require any spare parts from Group B.

Just think about Group A as America & Group B as developing Country like India.

All markets are connected. Especially with the US investing so much into India.

Indian market has had a steady growth and the american market is slumping! Have you checked that?

American market would look like a loser if dancing alone when the whole world has a partner!

Let's just say Indian market is teaching american to dance in sync. Look at the gold market, it is the huge demand in India that sends the prices high. Can the american market live and prosper without india market? If your answer is yes, then your time is wasted here. If no, then you have redeemed yourself.

bottom line, the world has to dance to the same music! Let's come back to 2008 and accept that. Don't live in the 1800s & early 1900s and think that cowboys rule the wild west!!
