rocky9281 | Why most customers don't ask for a money refund if they are unsatisfied? |
|

There are too many varied reasons for this:
Some are not aware that such a system of asking for refund prevails.
Some are not bothered, may be because the refund amount does not matter to them
Some are scared to approach.
Some fear resistence from the other end.( ppl think losing to resistence is an image show down)
Some are not sure of their side of arguements to win over the refund. To claim a refund one should be ready with strong arguments in their favour.
These are just a few of them, the reasons are many more.... |

Because they get much more satisfaction from b **tching to their friends about what a cr**ppy service that place offers.
If they asked for a refund they might get it...and then what would they complain about??

The consumer awareness is very low in India as compared to the other countries. Also the varying demography contributes to this |

People who make bad investments tend to think the best thing they can do is to hang on to those losers in the hope that eventually the price will rise. You might have to wait ten or fifteen years to get even in some cases.
It is better to cut your losses short and let your profits run.
Sell when the market turns negative. If you have a bad stock in a good market, dump that loser and buy something that is going up. |

Maybe they don't want to go through all that trouble. |

Because most consumer's can't be bothered and are lazy. The fact that consumers don't really know the exact procedure to return an item stops them too. Also, they will most likely have to do some paper work which takes time and send the item back which costs money. Also, the shop in most cases will not return the money but give a purchase certificate in their store for the same amount as their previous purchase. Hope it helps ! |
|

Just me
 |
Well, if its a cheap item most people don't bother. Also, because they don't want the hassle of bringing it back in and telling the workers why they don't like it blah blah blah. Its juts more easier for people who are lazy to just buy it, try it and if they don't like it they just throw it away and don't reccomend it to their friends or family. |

cause their scared that next time someone will spit in their food or something, plus its kindof mean to ask for a refund that's coming out of their pay checks and no one wants to take someone paycheck unless your a real douche |
