Will the Euro eventually collapse?
The economic problems in Greece seem like they are affecting all of Europe. Will the Euro go under do to these major economic problems in Greece?

Obamistake
Yes, despite the best efforts of the Bilderberg Group.

Germany has a larger Economy than the U.S. and is a wealthier country than the U.S. it can prop up Greece for years before it causes the Euro to collapse. The price of the Euro may come down when compared to Dollars, but it will survive.

The U.S. has propped up many small countries and survived. After WWII, under the Marshal Plan, the U.S. propped up UK, Germany, France, Italy and survived. Not to mention propping up Afghanistan and Iraq right now.

Germany has more money than the U.S., and Germany's money is worth more, so the Euro will outlast the Dollar.

Yeah, the problem with Greece will affect Germany because Greece apparently has some sort of connection w/ germany. Since Germany is the economic center for the EU...

yeah, it MIGHT collapse

Brandigity
Yes as long as socialism persists.

Yes, it will definitely collapse. The US, for example, has a currency which is an "I owe you." Europe has a currency which is "WHO owes you?" Too many countries involved, too much debt, and a "beggar thy neighbor" attitude which ensures collapse. Several countries, first and most notably Greece, have been cooking their books for a decade to look like they follow Euro "rules" but they have not. Thus, a humongous load of debt in Greece, Italy, Ireland, Portugal and Spain (GIIPS, or PIIGS) which all the Euro countries combined cannot repay. France & Germany likewise have big debt loads despite their bigger - perhaps "stronger" - domestic economies.

There is NO way the Germans can bail out their co-members of the Eurozone - they have the biggest economy, but they also have debts and budget deficits of their own. So far, the IMF (which American taxpayers are on the hook for!) has to bail out Europe, but the US is one of the greatest debtors of all times! There is not enough money and GDP in the world to bailout Europe and pay off all these debts. They will print money until the paper it's printed on is useful and usable only as toilet paper.

Collapse is inevitable. The situation is so grave that there is NO way out but collapse. When? How long can they keep up this charade? How long can they keep deceiving people that the Euro is worth something? Maybe another year or so. Depends on how fast people wise up! Depends on how many people repay their own debts! But the Euro cannot survive past 2012. No way whatsoever.
