...

why not
Will this make me a millionaire?
will, i become amillionaire, if i buy atleast $4,000.00 in I-bonds
every year for ten years,
and also if all of them are in a 3.74% interest rate.

also does anyone know how much iwould have to save every
day to become a millionaire in 10 years. including the I-bonds.

You need to forget the I bonds and go with something more aggressive. At 3.74% your money will double in about 19 years so that $40000 won't be any where near your million at ten years. You would need to save somewhere around $274 a day (if not invested) along with the $4000 making 3.74% to make your million.

why not marry one?

erpz15
no, it would take you 62 years to do that to get to a million. and y that time it would be in todays money, it would be worth around $ 159,989.72. Sorry buddy, but that would be awesome if you could do that though! I know you can! Everybody can! If every american did that, we couldnt have all the money problems we have today!

But if you invested that money in the S&P 500 index, and the S&P 500 returned 14% a year(what it averages out to) you could reach a million in 25 Years! The only problem is the S&P 500 isnt gauranteed. However, the Ibonds are. Your choice! Good luck!

Your going to have to invest a lot more than 4,000 a year to be a millionaire in 10 years. IF you invested 4,000 a year for 10 years at 4% interest your money would grow to 60,000 dollars.
You would need to save about 70,000 a year to be a millionaire in 10 years with an interest rate of 5.00% and thats if you are investing in a tax free investment.

Okay, seriously, you can't divide 1 million by 10 by 365?

Come on.

There is no magic in the world, only wonder.

Hard work.

Savings.

Luck.

And most people don't get there.

Not if you invest it in I-bonds. There is a company which pays much higher returns (120% APY) and with them it would be possible to become a millionnaire. Check them out for yourself.
