invest for the long term. this market turmoil has made a lot of stocks selling at bargain prices so i think stocks are very attractive. however, investors of course will try to 'catch the bottom'. but if your a long term investor, then you would know when to buy, and at what price to buy and not be bothered by fluctuations.
i prefer equities and more preferable if they are form emerging markets like the Philippines that are not as euphoric as china . Philipine peso is the strongest in asiaso buying stocks can aslo be a forex investment. |

I'll give you all the "right" stocks to pick if you can tell me when is the best time to catch a falling knife?
2nd: Are you really looking to invest your hard earned money by the suggestions of strangers? Keep in mind, you don't know their qualifications or their motives. One could easily say this idea is nuts.
Take this time (this year) and read several books on investing. It will save you from making some of the typical mistakes amateur's make in the market (which.... can be very costly). |

I'm selling short, especially on tech stocks. Utilities and natural resources are always stable, though |

The old adage is "BUY when blood is running in the streets".
The ground is quite red and stickiy right now.
Seriously though, people are experiencing a lot of fear based on a possible recession in the US. That may or not come about but it really has been overplayed. Reason: the US is less important relative to the rest of the world than it has been for decades. As long as China keeps going the Long Boom will continue.
Lots of undervalued stocks for sale right now. |

I'd say invest in emerging markets if you have not already done so. They have taken a big hit the last few days. They will be the first to rebound aggressively as the fundamentals in those countries are really sound. |

Honestly, I think the media should sit on THIS and stop trying to scare everyone all the time! |
