If I understand this, it is a bank holding company for Buffalo Federal Savings Bank. I am not an expert on bank holding companies, but I believe that a bank holding company is not a bank in itself.
I see no published financials on Y! Finance since 2002 for this company - that's 7 years ago. I have not looked any further.
I would not buy an OTC BB "pink sheet" stock no matter what business they were in.

Definitely not. I always do my own research into any company, follow it for a while - then take a decision.
I also follow One Up On Wall Street by Peter Lynch and the site below also has a good free book..
Be careful and make sure you do your own research - the Stock Market is a dangerous place..

No. I'd look at the financial statement. And no I will not pay $20 to read the financial statement. The financial statement needs to be available on the company's website for free. Furthermore, the name of a company is not taken into serious consideration when investing, unless the name totally sucks, in which this case it does. Your welcome.
