I concur that if there is a devil then there probably is an afterlife. I would reject the deal as it is posed. The opportunity to be alive on earth 100 years after my current expected lifespan is something that would be immensly valuable to me. With the increasing rate of technoloy that extends life there is a chance that mankind will attain near immortality within the next 150 years. If that happens then I will never have to deal with the afterlife.
