I would break it down into 10,000 units and give it away to people just to see their reaction.
Not people that really need it, just people that I saw that I thought seemed interesting.
Give 10,000 to a homeless person.
Give 10,000 to a drug addicted person.
Give 50,000 to a single mother sitting in front of you on the bus that is looking all stressed out.
Look in the paper for someone that is selling items and pick someone that is selling something you know they are selling just to help pay that months bills and buy the item but give them 10,000
Pay someone rent for the year and not tell them who did it.
Hire someone to beat-up the local bully and keep beating him up until he stops picking on other people.
