Because your a minor you cannot enter a contract to take out a loan. However If your looking into trying to finance a film your making you could have your parents or guardian look for grants to apply for. There are many good grants for filmmakers and such out here if you look hard. Some will want information on your project though before they offer to give you grant.
Also the good thing about getting a grants rather than a loan is that you don't have to pay them back like you would a loan
You could also look into getting investors to invest money into your film, although unless your ideas a very very good it's very hard to find someone willing to give you money for your project even more so to a 13 year old.

Nope, you are too young to enter into any sort of contract, which would definitely be required if you are considering a loan from a bank or other finance company. You could probably ask your family for the money, though. Suerte! |

Contracts with minors are not binding. If someone does lend you money, they won't be able to make you pay it back. |
